I’m Cortni Tyson, founder of Soulistic Haven Collective, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Assisted Stretch Specialist. With 11 years of experience across wellness and spa environments, my journey has been shaped by a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through intentional touch, purposeful movement, and restorative experiences.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to grow within different wellness spaces, learn from diverse practitioners, and experience firsthand the many ways people approach healing and self-care. One of the defining chapters of my professional journey was serving as a Master Flexologist Instructor with StretchLab, where I expanded my expertise in assisted stretching, movement, mobility, and the importance of making recovery an intentional part of everyday life.

My journey as a transplant also played an important role in shaping the vision behind Soulistic Haven. Experiencing new environments, building connections, navigating change, and discovering what makes a community feel like home gave me a different perspective on wellness. Those experiences inspired me to think beyond traditional spa services and envision something more meaningful: a space where wellness and community could come together.

I began to imagine a place where healing could look and feel different for everyone. Somewhere you could receive therapeutic bodywork, explore movement, experience restorative recovery, connect with like-minded people, or simply take a moment for yourself without feeling rushed or judged.

That vision became Soulistic Haven.

More than a wellness studio and spa, Soulistic Haven was created as a community-centered sanctuary that brings together wellness practitioners, creatives, and individuals who believe in the importance of feeling good from the inside out. It’s a space designed to encourage exploration, inspire connection, and make intentional self-care more accessible and approachable.

At the heart of everything we do is the belief that wellness is personal, healing is not one-size-fits-all, and everyone deserves a space where they feel welcomed, supported, and seen.

My hope is that Soulistic Haven becomes more than a place you visit. I want it to become a place you belong—a place where you can pause, restore, reconnect, and rediscover what it feels like to prioritize yourself.
